| CHEATING

- As
the members of Excellence are honest and fair players the
club does not allow cheating to win a game. If a member
is caught cheating they will be removed from the club roster
and will not be able to partake in club activities anymore.

| PADDING |
- Excellence
conciders padding to be a form of cheating and as such we
do not allow padders into the club and if there is evidence
of a member padding they will be removed from the club

| RESPECTING
FOLLOW MEMBERS |
- The
club is made up of many different types of people and just
like in life not everybody is going to get along with everybody
else but the club requires every member to show respect
to their fellow members.

| MEMBERS
GUEST |
- Excellence
always welcomes members to bring guest in the hopes that
they will like what they see and join as this is a private
club and membership is gained through invite only. So we
ask if you bring a guest more than five times in a month
that they apply for members or no longer partake in Excellence
events. Guest that could not maintain an active status would
not be able to play five times in a month and are excluded
from this rule. This rule is mainly to make sure that members
are able to play when they come to an event and are not
turned away because others have guest.

| FOUNDERS
RULE |
- Excellence
has had a long standing rule that a founder of another spades
club may not gain or have membership in excellence as we
understand the club they are a founder in will take first
place over other clubs which is how it should but this could
cause conflicts which we would rather avoid from the start.
So founders of another spades club need not apply for membership
and if you are a founder in another spades club we ask that
you remove yourself from the Excellence roster.

| MEMBERSHIP
STATUS |
- Excellence
requires its members to maintain an active status within
the club so we have set up a simple rule that a member must
participate in at the very least one club event within a
three month period.
